and intentionally plan their professional growth.

This programme provides participants with practical insights into leadership, career development, systems thinking, professional communication, ethics, mentorship, resilience, and sustainable career growth. It is designed to empower the next generation of pharmacists to take ownership of their professional journeys and contribute meaningfully to pharmacy practice and the broader healthcare system.

Through interactive learning and practical exercises, participants will gain the confidence and tools needed to lead from any position, make informed career decisions, build strong professional networks, and thrive in an increasingly complex healthcare environment.
