Code of Ethics & Conduct

Sets out the ethical values, principles, and standards of behaviour expected of all Board members, staff, volunteers, partners, and representatives of WEFPA. It promotes integrity, professionalism, accountability, and public trust in all WEFPA activities.

Conflict of Interest Policy

Ensures decisions and actions within WEFPA are free from undue personal, professional, or financial influence. It provides clear requirements for disclosure, management, and resolution of actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest.

Whistleblowing & Anti-Fraud Policy

Provides safe and confidential mechanisms for reporting fraud, corruption, misconduct, or other wrongdoing. It affirms WEFPA’s zero-tolerance stance on unethical practices and protects individuals who raise concerns in good faith.

Financial Accountability & Stewardship

Financial Management & Accountability Policy

Establishes the framework for transparent, responsible, and accountable management of WEFPA’s financial resources. It supports compliance with legal requirements, donor conditions, and internationally accepted standards of non-profit financial governance.

Procurement & Asset Management Policy

Governs the procurement of goods and services and the management of organisational assets. It ensures fairness, value for money, transparency, and integrity in all purchasing and asset-related decisions.

Safeguarding, Equity & Inclusion

Safeguarding & Protection Policy

Affirms WEFPA’s commitment to protecting children, students, and vulnerable persons from abuse, exploitation, harassment, or harm. It outlines preventive measures, reporting procedures, and response mechanisms to ensure safe environments across all activities.

Gender Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Policy

Promotes equity, diversity, and inclusion in WEFPA’s governance, programmes, partnerships, and operations. It commits the Foundation to non-discrimination, inclusive participation, and respectful environments for all.
